Temple Trips
We plan about one temple trip each term where we go down to the Boston temple and do baptisms for the dead. The Boston temple is about two hours south of Hanover, and is situated on a hill overlooking the temple grounds (and highway). Fun fact: The Boston temple is the 100th to be in operation! Family Home Evening
Each term we choose a day to have a weekly FHE on top of other activities that may be happening. FHE is a time to enjoy fellowship and support mid-way through the week and provides a strong spiritual component that other activities may lack. Aside from the main activity, we begin each FHE by reading scriptures or sharing a spiritual message. FHE activities vary each term, but have included board games, feeding the missionaries, playing squash, planning camping trips, and much more. If you have an activity that you would like to do, or just enjoy the pleasure of our company, we can make it happen!
